How to add a Widget to your Blogger.com Blog Step #1: Go to the page in your Blogger account that gives you the tabs across the top for Posting, Settings, Template & View Blog. Click on the Settings tab. The sub-page you want to be on is Page Element. This brings up the Add and Arrange Page Elements interface. Click on the Add a Page Element link. Step #2: Clicking on the Add a Page Element link pops up a window to Choose a New Page Element. Choose the HTML/JavaScript by clicking the Add To Blog button. Step #3: This pops open another window.
